Chelsea Officially Wins The English Premier League 2016/2017 Season

Chelsea has been crowned England champions with a win at Westbrom.

Mitchy batshuayi come into the game from the bench to score at the
82nd minute,handing all important three points to Chelsea,thus sealing
the premier league glory.

Mitchy Batshuayi's second goal of the season sealed the trophy for the
blues in Conte's first season in Charge.

Westbrom manager hailed Chelsea as worthy champions after the game.

"They are worthy champions,
they have to take a lot of
credit and could do the double this season," Pulis told Sky Sports.
